July 7, 2025I moved to Ridgeview Place site unseen as I was moving from 1000 miles away. I can't speak enough to how friendly and accommodating management has always been with me whether it was via phone or email. Responsive. Listened to my needs. And made my move in process so easy from so far away. This community is beautiful. Close to parks. Mountains. Stores. Employment. Pet friendly. Neighbors are very friendly. and quiet. There is an indoor pool and outdoor pool. And a small gym that can accommodate ...basic workout needs. The downside to the community is that some inside apartment finishes are super dated. Some of the apartments are more upgraded than others. I do know that they are working on improvements throughout the community. But Rome wasn't built in a day. My overall experience has been pretty good. I would definitely recommend this community to family, friends, and strangers.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 3, 2025I really like my apartment. The management are super nice, accommodating, and friendly. My newborn all seem really nice. The grounds are beautiful. I do see them working in improvements as well. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the maintenence team is a little slow to respond to requests (I've been told they are very backed up) which i appreciate the feedback. And some of the interiors of the apartments are quite dated even though they try to make everything nice and presentable. Such as old ...cabinets and counters and old closet doors. June 17, 2025I just moved into Ridgeview and so far have had a wonderful experience. The community is quiet, I have been able to park right in front of my place, and the apartment was clean when I moved in. The in-unit laundry and dishwasher are a game changer, and I am excited to grow into this place with my husband and cat.Property Manager Responded
