I can even sit at the gazebo and drink coffee and look at it and not have to pay exorbitant prices for those great views. Plus, the grounds are gorgeous with lots of green space between buildings--really nice place to live.

The walking paths are right behind mine and they are so beautiful and when my daughter visits with her dog they always walk there—and love them. Plus I have the view of pikes peak right outside my front door—it is truly stunning. When new people come to see me they always remark on how they didn’t know this was tucked back in here and how pretty it ...is. I just nod and say yes and I’m not moving out so you can’t have my apartment! Lol.Read More
