April 30, 2026I should have read ahead! I am going on my third year here and I love it. The complex is gorgeous with the rolling hills and space between the units. The walking paths are right behind mine and they are so beautiful and when my daughter visits with her dog they always walk there—and love them. Plus I have the view of pikes peak right outside my front door—it is truly stunning. When new people come to see me they always remark on how they didn’t know this was tucked back in here and how pretty it ...is. August 19, 2025Absolutely love the community. The apartments are quiet. There's a lot of ground for families and animals to partake in outside activities. It also bumps right up to palmer's park very secluded, while also being in an appeal, apartment complexProperty Manager Responded

July 7, 2025I moved to Ridgeview Place site unseen as I was moving from 1000 miles away. I can't speak enough to how friendly and accommodating management has always been with me whether it was via phone or email. Responsive. Listened to my needs. And made my move in process so easy from so far away. This community is beautiful. Close to parks. Mountains. Stores. Employment. Pet friendly. Neighbors are very friendly. and quiet. There is an indoor pool and outdoor pool. And a small gym that can accommodate ...basic workout needs. The downside to the community is that some inside apartment finishes are super dated. Some of the apartments are more upgraded than others. I do know that they are working on improvements throughout the community. But Rome wasn't built in a day. My overall experience has been pretty good. I would definitely recommend this community to family, friends, and strangers.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
