I love it here and have renewed my lease twice! I can step out the front of my apartment and turn to the right and see the most amazing views of Pikes Peak. I can even sit at the gazebo and drink coffee and look at it and not have to pay exorbitant prices for those great views. Plus, the grounds are gorgeous with lots of green space between buildings--really nice place to live.

I’ve lived at Ridgeview place apartments for over a year and my experience has been nothing but exceptional. If I need something fixed, maintenance is out to fix the problem within a day or so. The neighbors are friendly and the office staff are always helpful.

I should have read ahead! I am going on my third year here and I love it. The complex is gorgeous with the rolling hills and space between the units. The walking paths are right behind mine and they are so beautiful and when my daughter visits with her dog they always walk there—and love them. Plus I have the view of pikes peak right outside my front door—it is truly stunning. When new people come to see me they always remark on how they didn’t know this was tucked back in here and how pretty it ...
is. I just nod and say yes and I’m not moving out so you can’t have my apartment! Lol.

I’ve lived in these apartment complexes for almost 3 years wouldn’t trade it for another apartment. I love my nurse neighbours I love the facilities the swimming pool the landscaping and the best part of it is we have an awesome leasing office crew.

I’ve really enjoyed living here! The community has some wonderful amenities — I especially love the sauna, and it’s a huge plus that the apartments are pet-friendly. Having a park and trail right behind the complex makes it easy to enjoy the outdoors. The staff are truly what makes this place special — they’re beautiful people, always kind, and willing to assist with anything apartment-related. Overall, it feels like a supportive and welcoming place to live.

It's a great place to live they have a dog park. They have an indoor and outdoor pool. They have a place to barbuqe. The maintenance is great. The management is also great i love living here

Absolutely love the community. The apartments are quiet. There's a lot of ground for families and animals to partake in outside activities. It also bumps right up to palmer's park very secluded, while also being in an appeal, apartment complex
