This complex has the worst management I’ve ever seen

Nobody at the complex seems to care about doing their job. A seemingly simple problem could take months to resolve, and even then still not get resolved. They like to ignore tenants when called leaving us in the dark frequently. The new paint job and plaques they’ve put up have only make the complex look more like a prison and the plaques have cracked the buildings exterior brick walls. What a joke.

We have lived here for 1 1/2 years. It s a pet friendly property.Now under new Ownership. the new owners have addressed all of our issues in a prompt manner. The onsite manager and the onsite maintenance man are very polite and easy to talk to. For those looking for a quiet and/or family based property. I would recommend this property

New management has done a lot of upgrades and response time has improved significantly. Parking and surroundings are clean and surveillance is 24/7. These are not luxury apartments but for the price they are offered are a great bargain.
