Do Not Move Here
December 10, 2020Apartments have gone down. The property is no longer secure and safe. People hang out in parking lot all times of night. The residents are extremely loud, especially at night. Finally, there’s a strong smell of weed throughout the buildings and sometimes creeps into other apartments.Review from Apartments.com

Super Nice Apartment
October 23, 2017Great apartment! Plenty of parking which is nice when I have friends visiting. Not to mention how convenient this location is, so easy to get to work/everywhere from here. Total hot spot. I've lived in Baton Rouge for over 3 years and let me tell you, for this price apartments don't get much better.
