DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOURE GOING TO SCHOOL
October 11, 2022The wifi here is completely unusable! We have all complained and while they say they’re “trying” to fix the issue, it has been months and the internet has only gotten worse! We are college students, who rely mainly on our computers to get school work done. The wifi is so bad at times that NOTHING will load. River Mill will also not allow you get your own internet. Do not live at River Mill if you want to use your computer, xbox, smart T.V. or anything else that requires wifi.Review from Apartments.com

February 12, 2019Where to begin....first off, do not ignore all the comments about roaches. It is absolutely true and unlivable. Roaches everywhere, big ones, small ones, in every single room. I had pest control in my unit at least once a week. Minimum. That doesn’t even scratch the surface of how poor the management is here. The blatant disregard for tenant concerns is stupefying. There was an entire month where they took away half the complex’s parking spots due to construction and get this, if you don’t park ...in your numbered spot they will tow you :) there are never enough visitor spots b/c people park in them to walk to class. Not to mention they were very shady about the sublease process and promised us things that we did not receive, such as game day parking, and regular parking as they revoked our personal spots. Also the pool was closed the entire semester of fall 2018 due to “maintenance.” Not to mention all of the construction that they didn’t warn us about. They repaved the parking spots and all landscaping resulting in loud power tools beginning at 6 am - late afternoon along with frequent water shortages. This place should be shut down and I was always so embarrassed to tell people I lived here. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE, there are plenty of other places close to campus for a reasonable price.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

April 17, 2018River Mill? More like roach mill. Also, if you think water is REALLY included in your rent, you are mistaken. Over the past two years I've had constant issues with the complex turning the water off. It's ridiculous. I came home from the gym to get ready to shower before an interview. I turned on my shower and... NOTHING. I do not know why I was surprised seeing as how they cut of the water multiple times a month. If you do decide to live here. Just know that maintenance is slow, the buildings are ...old, the parking lot makes no sense, the bugs are bad if you're on the first floor, and always gallons of water on deck in case you're water gets cut off!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
