I have had issues with roaches multiple times, maintenance not responding to concerns, toilet non-stop running, and I have not had A/C for almost a week and I still have no idea of a timeline of when it will be fixed. Additionally, I am being charged for not giving a 60 days notice on time, I wasn't are of this policy and the emails about it was sent to my spam. I find this unfair, especially after all of these issues and more. I have also had issues with my water going off multiple times, where ...
I had to go the my friends places to shower, I've had my electricity go out, and we also had a fire in this apartment caused by a meth kitchen.

Incredibly friendly staff, very safe and secure building. Pet friendly, I love meeting my neighbors and their adorable animals. Overall the whole building is extremely clean and quiet. The gym and outdoor areas are such nice amenities. I’m very happy I chose River North Park as my first apartment in the beautiful city of Chicago.

I lived in the building for 2 years. The outdoor area is very poorly maintained. Several chairs flip when you sit in them. The wifi is not reliable and frequently just doesn't work. 2 of the 3 fire pits don't work. When I moved out, they charged a $250 cleaning fee to wipe down the refrigerator and the dish washer. I would look elsewhere.
