  • Great place to call home

    We love living at River Oaks. We lived here in the past and loved the building, the apartment and the people, but bought a place in Texas and moved out of River Oaks. We very much regretted leaving and came back to Hartland and, Leslie, the manager, was so good about accommodating us and worked on getting us another apartment. We were delighted when we moved in. It was all redone new and clean and beautiful. I read the negative review on this site and totally disagree! The people here are ...

  • Too bad there's no zero star option

    April 2, 2024
    This building is full of two faced, gossip spreaders. Do not plan on getting your security deposit back when you leave no matter how spotless you keep it. There is vengeance in the managements heart. Paperwork that took 20 minute was prolonged 4 months and then they charge $100 more for all those months. Glad to be gone.
