Roach infection

I moved about 10 months ago. They are having and exterminator come like twice a month since i been here. But the roaches are so bad it doesn't seem to help. And parking is way over priced.

Be Careful, Not a great place to live

The people are generally nice in this apartment building, but rent is overpriced, and anyone can get in the front door of the building. The management is not great to communicate with, and your neighbors may be loud. Neighbors may be loud on the floor above, below, and on all sides. Be careful.

Sucks

I lived here for almost a year and trust me when I say, avoid this place at all cost. The price might be cheap but it's not worth it. My car was vandalized twice. There are roaches and bugs. Not such a good investment.

Fine place to live
July 29, 2016
I lived at River Plaza for a year and a half and it was everything I could reasonably expect for the price. The paint job was a little iffy and there were stains in the bathroom but it was a $650 studio with new flooring that I never once saw a rat or roach anywhere near. The staff were easy to get along with. The manager seemed perpetually overworked but always tried to help me out when she could. Parking is very tight in the free spaces near the building, but if you don't mind walking a block ...
or two there is always a spot nearby. If your unit is in the back of the building, your view will not be the picturesque Susquehanna but instead a bunch of power lines. Choose wisely.

Dirty, full of bugs(roaches, spiders, etc...), not a good place to live. The only good quality is the people who live there who are generally very nice.
