Safe, clean, and quiet!

During my time as a tenant, I have found Riverpoint Apartment to be a great place to live. The office staff is awesome, they really go above and beyond to make you feel at home and to meet all your needs. The maintenance crew is prompt and efficient. The pool, bbq areas, and dog park are an added bonus. And...the apartments are affordably priced! I would highly recommend Riverpoint Apartment to anyone in search of their next apartment!

Just relocated to Tucson from Los Angeles. Wanted to find the right place to live that was centrally located, well priced, and well kept. River Point hit all the marks! The office team are extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. Rodney helped us find a unit that was right for us and made the process so smooth.

I really have enjoyed living here for about 2 months now. Their maintenance is very prompt and has fixed our problems very quickly. Most of the people around are nice and keep to their self. A big plus is having a lot of furniture and decorations on the porch and everyone is respectful enough to leave your stuff alone. Rodney the got to guy in the office is very nice and attentive and very easy to talk to. They have mentioned a dog park coming by January 2020 so I’m very hopeful for that!

Kids have a pool to play in, we can BQ there when they visit, too. Water dispenser on site, so I always have drinking water. Walking distance to stores, and path thru the river walk. 6 stars if it was an option!

This is my home :) I have been living here going on 3 years and will not move. I am in a studio apt which I absolutely love. What I love about this clean community are the management, maintenance, and the other residents. They take care of the community and address all my maintenance needs and repairs. Lesa and Rodney are the best!

I have lived in the River Point Apartment complex for 7 years now. Believe me, I wouldn't have stayed so long if there were any major problems!
I feel that the amenities provided create an excellent value and the staff responsiveness is superior. Maintenance requests, even minor ones, are addressed within hours whenever possible.
Anyway, if you are trying to decide whether this is the location for you. I'd say give it a try. You always have the option to select a short lease initially then sign a ...
more economical long term lease later.

River Point Apartments is a pleasant, quiet, safe community to build a life in. The staff are helpful, the maintenance crews are efficient, and the units are well-maintained. It's located adjacent to numerous shopping opportunities as well as the bus route, meaning that it's a straight shot down either Swan or Alvernon to get wherever you might need to go.
