Safe, clean, and quiet!
March 11, 2020During my time as a tenant, I have found Riverpoint Apartment to be a great place to live. The office staff is awesome, they really go above and beyond to make you feel at home and to meet all your needs. The maintenance crew is prompt and efficient. The pool, bbq areas, and dog park are an added bonus. And...the apartments are affordably priced! Enjoy living Here
October 17, 2019I really have enjoyed living here for about 2 months now. Their maintenance is very prompt and has fixed our problems very quickly. Most of the people around are nice and keep to their self. A big plus is having a lot of furniture and decorations on the porch and everyone is respectful enough to leave your stuff alone. Rodney the got to guy in the office is very nice and attentive and very easy to talk to. They have mentioned a dog park coming by January 2020 so I’m very hopeful for that!Review from Apartments.com

April 26, 2019I have lived in the River Point Apartment complex for 7 years now. Believe me, I wouldn't have stayed so long if there were any major problems! I feel that the amenities provided create an excellent value and the staff responsiveness is superior. Maintenance requests, even minor ones, are addressed within hours whenever possible. Anyway, if you are trying to decide whether this is the location for you. I'd say give it a try.
