New Management
January 14, 2019I love it here. Under new Management, and it's a great change. The people here are very friendly and building is quiet. The units are insulated very well so noise has never been an issue. The garage spaces are large & the heat is wonderful in the winter. Highly recommendProperty Manager Responded

Someone that loves living here and plans to stay a long time.
October 20, 2017This is a fantastic place to live. We have a new Property Manager and an Assist. Manager of the building and things are getting fixed here all the time. The building is quiet and everyone seems to get along very well. We have some new people here that just love it. We also have an exercise room with a pool table that quite a few tenants really enjoy, along with a community room that people use. Underground parking is fantastic especially in the winter months.Review from Apartments.com
Do Not Live Here
May 18, 2016Heres the list 1)Came into apartment with stained carpets, asked to get them clean and they refused 2) Call Box is always in repair and hardly ever working 3)The water is being shut off once every two weeks for "repairs" 4) Shannon(apartment manager) will authorize maintainance to enter room without 24 hour notices. 5)Underground Parking fans are constantly failing pour carbon monoxide up the elevators and onto first floor 6)Wall Paper is torn and falling off on all floors 7)3rd Floor has ...lots of water leaks and damage especially around ceiling areas 8)Area across the street have been known for drug deals (cops patrol area a lot) 9)Apartment Manager could care less about tenants she will ignore you and pretty much not communicate Just don't live here not a good place to liveRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
