Best apartment I have lived in!

River Ridge Place has been one of my favorite apartments I have lived in! I had to sublease my apartment DAYS after I renewed my lease for another year due to relocating to Dallas, Texas, but the office staff was so helpful giving me the best and quickest options to get it subleased. I was in the studio apartment which was updated with a full sized washer and dryer, tile flooring, and stainless steel appliances. The property is SO quiet and you never heard anything not even my upstairs neighbor. ...

The location is GREAT, right off 1st Ave so it's close to I-80, Hy-vee, Coralridge Mall and downtown Iowa City! I would move back to the apartment in the future!
