July 25, 2024After speaking with a leasing agent, they informed me that this pricing is only available to some people who qualify for the affordable rate. Additionally, she said there is a 1-2 year waitlist. Not sure why this is advertised if that is the case.Review from Apartments.com
Townhomes are beautiful
May 27, 2024Very hard to find a living space with an added garage. The community is great and very welcoming! You can only control what goes on in your own home & I love the amenities that come with the townhome. not worth the money
April 26, 2020lots of bugs that get into the house even without opening the windows or doors. how do they get in? it still remains a mystery. old appliances for what they charge as rent, the people in the leasing office are never ever pick up their phone and never there on the weekendsProperty Manager Responded
