Best apartment you'll find!
June 17, 2018Rented a 2 bedroom 2 bath split floor plan back in March and couldn't be happier the place is enormous 1200 square feet with its own private balcony. the master bedroom is like its own apartment in itself! It's a very safe Community everyone is friendly and the grounds are always maintained and the pool is always clean. The one thing that really stands out here is how amazingly fast maintenances at fixing anything. I just had my door lock not working at 10 a.m. on Father's Day on a Sunday and ...they got here within 10 minutes Even though nobody was in the office. I love that rent includes water sewer and cable it is a huge Plus. And even though it's an older floor plan all of the appliances work fine. All in all it is a huge apartment and everything is very clean and affordable I would highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a great deal in a nice neighborhood. Safe, quiet, and huge bedrooms/closets
August 11, 2015We've lived here for coming on two years and literally the only thing I would change is having a washer and dryer inside the apartment - and that's hard to come by in Melbourne, especially at a decent price. Huge bedrooms, massive pantry and big windows, I'm home. We love it here :)Property Manager Responded
