So not rent an apartment from this place. It is absolutely horrible. The sold the complex due to code violations. There is mold and the basements are overflowing. The people that say it is great live at the beginning of the complex. So they wouldn't know how the other half lives. I would stay away from them. When I moved it was dirty and I had to clean. You can complain but they dont do anything.

Horrible I’ve only been renting this apartment for 4 months and daily there are issues property manager never returns your call they painted the tub and paint is peeling all off tub and floats in the water I can’t even use the tub for my 2 year old child.

I have 4 years living in Riverfront is an excellent place to live, peaceful, quiet,beauty yard and landscape, the neighbor are very friendly, maintenance team and property manager very accessible persons, resolving always your concerns. the size of the unit are perfectly and the rent price is worthy.
