Very Satisfied!
June 30, 2021I lived there for over a year and have absolutely nothing but positive experience. It was a great place for my 2 boys and I to live. I agree with the comment below regarding roaches. Like any place if your dirty roaches will find you. I never had any issues at all. The staff was inviting and super sweet. For my very first apartment as a single mother of 2 both they were nothing but great to us, same goes for the maintenance team and the security. The entire team was nice. Great place
April 2, 2021The staff and maintenance crew are 10/10. Super fun and friendly management and maintenance respond very quick. The couple times I needed maintenance they got it taken care of the same day! The grounds are well taken care of. The noise level isn’t too bad. Kids love playing outside during the day and I’ve rarely heard dogs barking. Usually quiet at night except The cars passing by the main road and freeway can get a bit loud but the sound can be drowned out with the windows closed and heavy ...curtains. Parking can be a challenge like all apartments complexes. I love the convenience of laundry in each unit and the brand new windows! There is a strict no smoking policy which is great because you don’t smell nasty cigarette smoke. No issues with bugs except the occasional mosquito/spider as expected for it being Sacramento after all.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

June 4, 2020We've been tenants here for a little over a year now and so far I have had 0 of the issues that the one-star reviewer's have mentioned. September 19, 2018I've been a tenant at Riverglen Apartments for more than 5 years. as of today i am really happy living in this community. office customer service is amazing. I believe that roaches will get into units ONLY if a tenant is dirty and not keeping the unit clean. as i said. I feel really safe in here.Review from Apartments.com
It's a Dump!!!!!
June 14, 2018Terrible overpriced dump to live in!!! Crawling with roaches, management is terrible and rude! September 16, 2017Worst place I have ever lived. Management is rude and very unprofessional. Non operational vehicles left parked for month's. Sewage backs up in drive way and will be left this way for day's on end. Mold in apartments being painted over instead of problems being fixed. Oh and did I mention ROACHES ROACHES and more ROACHES.
