PEOPLE SMOKE -1 STAR
May 1, 2024- People smoke on all floors. First floor smells like it's impossible to breath due to nicotine smell. This was reported many times - nothing changed, people who smoke continue to disrespect and ignore it.Review from Apartments.com
Cigarettes smell in rental unit from other tenants smoking
July 9, 2023- Bad smell of cigarettes in rental unit due to other tenants smoking very frequently on their balconies. - Easy to hear neighbors from above and sides due to tiny walls and floors. - You can easily hear people running on the hallway due to bad quality of doors. People smoke on their balconies and it makes it hard to breath inside of the appartment unit. It's been like these for years. It effects the enjoyment of the rental unit. These are all reasons why I would rate this place 2 stars out ...of 5. It would be nice if they work on cigarettes smoke (in & on balconies) at least. The building 1st floor has been stinky for years. Air quality in rental units are poor because of cigarettes smoke.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
