    Our apartment felt like home from day 1. We love it here. The apartment is spacious. It has everything we need in it. It is quiet. The gym is amazing. The people at the Leasing office are always there to answer questions .So helpful. Billy, the maintenance supervisor, is seen everywhere every day. The car wash even with an air machine!!!!! Love it here.

    Riverside is a great expertly around. My only complaint is in my building residents constantly (every week) dump their unwanted possessions when they are moving out in the vestibule, and the stuff spots there a long time. Management has done absolutely nothing to address this.

    I would say that my time at Riverside started great, but in the past few months there have been some concerns that are making me contemplate renewing my lease here. For example, Riverside's parent company recently decided to change the resident portal to a system called BILT. It's mostly fine and I have no complaints about the system itself other than the fact that there is absolutely no way in which to submit a maintenance request, which I have needed to do a few times recently. Along those ...
    same lines, you now have to call one of 3 numbers that exist for Riverside to either try to get the front office on the line (50/50 shot at doing so) or leave a voicemail for a callback, which is inconvenient, especially when it's an emergency.

    Great so far ! Our move-in has been seamless, the amenities are great, including the pool, the gym and the bicycle storage area. We will need to adjust to being able to hear the upstairs neighbors and the lights in the hallway which are always dimmed...

    Loving our place so far but it definitely didn’t seems professionally cleaned. Down if the tiles in the bath look like they were slapped on and the cement stuffed in. Besides that we’re loving our space and excited for our move.

    Excellent amenities and management! This is truly one of the best places I have ever lived, and I’ve loved a lot of places. Plus, I find the location super convenient, right on the Swamp Rabbit Trail and convenient to downtown Greenville. I feel the rent is reasonable.

    I love being right on the Swamp Rabbit, as well as the walkability to the grocery and cafe. The amenities are great as well. I love the coffee and Bevi machines. I am excited to try out the pool when it warms up.

    I’ve had a frustrating experience living at Riverside Apartments, and I wouldn’t recommend it. 1. Maintenance Issues: The toilets are unreliable, and hot water takes forever. My shower leaked repeatedly, creating mold, and despite multiple repair attempts, it was never truly fixed. 2. Walls: The walls stain extremely easily, which is a nightmare for keeping the space looking clean. 3. Amenities: The gym is disappointing—no squat rack, minimal equipment, and the space is incredibly small. They ...
    advertise cold brew, but you only get a small 12oz cup per day, which feels like a pointless perk. 4. Community Management: People who don’t live here frequently use the dog park, pickleball court, and SRC, which is unfair to residents. Overall, the living experience does not match expectations, especially for the price. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

    I was a bit hesitant moving into a corporate apartment complex after being a homeowner, based on past experiences, but Riverside has been completely amazing! The minor issues I had the first day were resolved within a couple of hours. The staff here are fantastic.

    Living at Riverside has honestly been amazing. I truly think this is the best apartment complex in Greenville. The price, amenities, people, and environment is honestly the best in the area. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to move to the area!
