The staff and the people here are so friendly and helpful in everyway possible..The landscaping around the apartment complex is beautiful also, the pool area, gym etc especially!! September 6, 2025Our apartment felt like home from day 1. We love it here. The apartment is spacious. It has everything we need in it. It is quiet. The gym is amazing. The people at the Leasing office are always there to answer questions .So helpful. Billy, the maintenance supervisor, is seen everywhere every day. The car wash even with an air machine!!!!! July 27, 2025Riverside is a great expertly around. My only complaint is in my building residents constantly (every week) dump their unwanted possessions when they are moving out in the vestibule, and the stuff spots there a long time. June 8, 2025I would say that my time at Riverside started great, but in the past few months there have been some concerns that are making me contemplate renewing my lease here. For example, Riverside's parent company recently decided to change the resident portal to a system called BILT. It's mostly fine and I have no complaints about the system itself other than the fact that there is absolutely no way in which to submit a maintenance request, which I have needed to do a few times recently. Along those ...same lines, you now have to call one of 3 numbers that exist for Riverside to either try to get the front office on the line (50/50 shot at doing so) or leave a voicemail for a callback, which is inconvenient, especially when it's an emergency.Property Manager Responded
