Issue with property management!
January 24, 2025I moved here in 2022 and have lived here up until now in 2025 with no problems. This current management is a huge letdown! Renovations were done recently & did a sloppy job. It’s currently winter here & I’ve filed a work order which still hasn’t been completed. Worst of all is the management. The assistant property manager especially has a very condescending, unpleasant & downtrodden attitude whenever I’ve shown up to the office for anything. Her name is Jessica Herndon, Caucasian woman with long ...strawberry blonde hair in case anyone runs into her. Not sure if she’s just always rude like this or if it’s towards people of color especially but I’m uncomfortable around her every time I see her there. August 5, 2023This past July 4th there was a firework show in the community. This was the highlight of the holiday weekend. Apparently, it happens yearly. I love the community feel here.Property Manager Responded
