        Issue with property management!

        I moved here in 2022 and have lived here up until now in 2025 with no problems. This current management is a huge letdown! Renovations were done recently & did a sloppy job. It’s currently winter here & I’ve filed a work order which still hasn’t been completed. Worst of all is the management. The assistant property manager especially has a very condescending, unpleasant & downtrodden attitude whenever I’ve shown up to the office for anything.         strawberry blonde hair in case anyone runs into her. Not sure if she’s just always rude like this or if it’s towards people of color especially but I’m uncomfortable around her every time I see her there. Someone like her should not be in this business if she doesn’t have a heart for people. Having respect for people is the most basic principle of business, we are residents who have lived here longer than her career at Riverside Station. Hope she changes her attitude or gets out. Not happy here!

        Riverside station is a beautiful place to live. It's family oriented with a lot of amenities. It's situated near the Neabsco board walk so if you like nature and peaceful this is the place for you!

        It’s a nice neighborhood! I love having my walks with the kids and on top of that the train is close by! It’s clean and safe that’s for sure. The staff are great and the pool is good!

        This past July 4th there was a firework show in the community. This was the highlight of the holiday weekend. Apparently, it happens yearly. I love the community feel here.

        Great place. Would love here again. Wish the dog park was a little bigger but was not a deal breaker. Love that maintenance keeps up with the landscaping.
