Terrible management

The management at this apartment is HORRIBLE! Roaches and spiders all over the apartments inside and out, and every time you submit a fumigation request or any request at that matter it’s never handled. Broken hot tub and pool. Something seems to be always broken with the gates. Landlord special for everything! Painted over cracks and terrible paint jobs inside! ABL had ruined this complex

Holes in the Building, A broken Hot tube on property full of grafitti, gates constantly left broken, call box smashed in with a hammer, mice, flies, garbage overpilling the trash cans, AC units cheap and always breaking, Management never around to talk to residents. No dogs allowed on property yet my neighbor is allowed to have a dog in her unit. The gate to keep the mailboxes protected always left open, laundry room left unlocked and exposed at night. security company that is never around. NO after hour service. Many people living on property not on leases so there are not enough parking places. no way there are 7 adults living in the unit across from me and that is legal. ELSA WAS AMAZING!! I MISS HER!

We have at the Riverwood apartments for 2 years now, it is located in Stockton CA, Stockton is not the safest city in California, but this apartment is really very safe it is fully gated with a call box. The interior of the apartment is very nice the upstairs units have a fireplace, called ceilings, and two reading nooks. It really is very cozy. Being that we are so close to the collage it is fairly quite and there are really no crazy loud party's, it is an incredibly family friendly apartment. ...

We do have a wonderful pool and hot tub. There is a laundry facilitie on the property but each apartment has laundry hook ups. What can I say about the property manager, she is outstanding and wonderfully helpful, she is always there when you need her and will always greet you with a wave or a friendly wave. If you are looking for a nice and comfortable apartment, look no further call river wood apartments your home.
