These apartments are serious out dated. The bathroom. Is about the size of a closet and if you are wheelchair bound or using a walker you want be able to ambulate thru these units. The stove and the refrigeraters are half the size of your normal ones..,no kidding. The electrical needs updating very bad. You will have to buy adapters. For every outlet because they are only two pronged. ..yea even in the 21st. Century. Your water bills will remain high...for a two bedroom unit and the wed hook ...
ups in the basement would always run me $45-70 per month but no one came to check for a leak!! The rent is reasonable and I see why,..oh, and the walls of this 1950 built apartments are paper thin! Only thing good is that. There. Are new windows!! Yippy
