Don't Do It!!!!!
August 12, 2019I moved here in March 2016 when there was a rent special which was okay. My neighbors were loud and messy you can hear almost everything that goes on in the next apartment. My rent went up after the year which wasn't stated on my lease. Management is horrible plenty of times I paid my rent and they would put notes on my door even though it was paid. When i first moved there were ROACHES someone came and sprayed I wanted to get out of my lease the first night I stayed. In my last year there was a ...mouse in the apartment they tried putting down traps and everything it freaked me out and my kids were terrified!! I got out as soon as possible!Property Manager Responded

Save yourself the headache and DO NOT MOVE HERE.
October 25, 2018There have been three different management companies in three years and they've all been just awful. The latest company CAP REIT is by far the worst one yet. Dog poo all over the grounds, police are here like every day (for what I don't know), and the latest 'management" company just added random fees without notifying in advance, so now if you pay late that'll be an additional $400. Oh, and someone was MURDERED! They spend more time making sure the grass looks freshly cut every week rather than ...installing better lighting around the area or fixing up the apartments on the inside. ALL my closet doors are broken and have been for 3 years to give you an idea of what we dealing with. I have great neighbors but most don't. I cannot wait to leave.
