February 28, 2023Recent college graduate just moved into the city at the end of last year and the staff/studio has been lovely. Lots of things to see and do in the area with the square around the corner. Gated apartment is handled with an app/passcode. Fairly quiet with only typical street noise and construction but hasn’t been bad at all. At the time of writing this review, fitness center isn’t established and isn’t too large so may need a gym membership if working out. Laundry room is shared with other tenants ...but have not seen too many as of now since I believe I was possible the first tenant. Renters insurance is required and will need to have internet/cable installed if wanted by the tenant. Very happy as a first renter!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
