    I looked at over 20+ apartments around the valley and not one matched to Roosevelt Row. Not only do they have a great location filled with Art, walkability and local businesses they also have a beautiful luxury building. Very modern and chic without over doing it! The moment I walked through the door I was greeted as if I already lived in the community. I was definitely home and was ready to sign on the line that day! I had heard wonderful things from friends of mine and was so glad it was ...
    exactly as they described. I have been here a few months now and every place is immaculate even on the weekends which was a shock coming from my last place. It truly is the best place to live in the valley! Thank you to Destiny, Todd, Brendan & Veronica for all you do in the office and the wonderful maintenance team who I am still learning all the names of but we have had Jojo and he is incredible!

  • Amazing Place to live for all ages!!!

    Management has been nothing but genuinely nice and helpful. Any time there is an issue it is handled immediately. The place itself is very clean and has so many things to do. In an amazing spot downtown, able to walk to anything. Brendan is an awesome guy if you are able to speak or talk to him I definitely recommend!!

    Nice facilities but paper thin walls. Constant issues with noise from neighbors (footsteps and doors/cupboards heard from above, music/TV heard from the side). Looking to move.

  • Rude Staff / Won't Recommend

    The first 8 months of our lease under the previous management, we had zero issues. Unfortunately that was not the case with the new management. Our experience was not pleasant and I wouldn’t recommend this place to friends or family. I have 2 other friends who live in the building who’ll not be extending their leases due to similar issues. I saw a few negative reviews w.r.t the elevator and AC. We had those issues as well, among others.

  • Elevator is always broken/other issues

    The main elevator is always out of service and/or skips your floor making getting to your vehicle or to your unit a nightmare. I’ve been late several times and have had to take multiple trips because of this. The staff has been told countless times by everyone I know living here, and the elevator company can’t fix it. The water pressure is poor and the cold/hot was hooked up incorrectly when I moved in. I’ve had to call and ask for neighbor’s music to be turned down on several occasions. The TVs ...
    are often broken by the pool as well.Don’t pay the premium price to live here-it’s just not worth it. -Andrew

    The community has a very warm industrial, contemporary feel. There are a lot of tiny details that most other apartment communities overlook. Plus, there is parking for guests inside of the complex so no more parking meters which is huge in downtown Phoenix. Once inside you feel like you are cut off from the world. They create an atmosphere by enclosing the amenity deck on the second story. If you want to look at the city they have those views too but it's nice to get away from the hustle and ...
    noise in Downtown and feel like you are at a resort. The actual apartments are updated with gas stove tops (Whaaaaat!?), huge kitchen spaces, and a giant shower space. I'm very impressed with this place and the staff.
