Perfect green grass, beautiful flower's, old age trees and flowering bushes all make this place stand out from the rest. Add in the ALL Brick Construction apartment buildings that are very well maintained and it is a winning combination! Office and Maintenance staff are very courteous and respond to the very few minimal issues quickly. Can't say enough good things about this place. The gym is awesome, 24 Hours a day, and included in ...rent. Love my neighbors too. One has been in this complex for over 30 years! Insane right? Haven't heard of someone wanting to live in an apartment for that long let alone the same complex. A true testimat to the experience you will have with Rose Hall. Thank you Rose Hall staff for making this such a pleasant and beautiful place to live! Keep up the great work!Read More

October 19, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comWe downsized and moved into Rose Hall four months ago and now we never want to live anywhere else!! The complex is tucked away behind the Francis Land House. To me, it has a Williamsburg timeshare resort feel with lots of mature trees and beautifully maintained grounds. Even though our apartment is only 2 bedroom, we were amazed at how well it was designed to maximize storage. Some apartments even have large outdoor screened-in porches! We love the dog park, large saltwater pool and 24-hour ...gym as well. The Office Staff is super friendly and responsive to your needs. In the event that you have any maintenance issues, they respond lightning fast! We've met several neighbors in our building as well as at community events. All have been really friendly and many have been here for well over ten years. That is not very common in this area and just goes to illustrate what a wonderful apartment complex Rose Hall truly is.Read More

I have lived in the US and Canada far and wide so it is very important where I live. It has to be safe and a cozy place I can call home. I prefer a place that is small, not a prefab monster cardboard box with all the bell and whistles of a hotel. And the crazy behavior with living in these types of environment. When I walked into the door, I knew this was it. My 2 bedrooms with ...the large private screened porch (9' X 12'). My second living room!!! Updated kitchen and bath with wood floors, marble counter tops, soft close cabinets and new appliances. The grounds are pristine. The maintenance staff is available and quick to any of your needs. The management staff is professional and welcoming. If I have the opportunity to move back to the Virginia Beach area, Rose Hall will be my home again.Read More

September 1, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comRose Hall is a hidden jewel, that's only about 5 miles from the Oceanfront. We came out here as a young family of 3 , and watched our child grow and enjoyed Rose Hall's large patio while, she did her homeschool work and artwork. You can even take a 3 minute walk from Rose Hall to encounter one of Virginia's adorable historical museums. One also, can enjoy a wonderful; nature walk in one of it's scenic nature paths. It has a fitness center that is available morning, noon and night and a swimming ...pool you can relax in for those long summer days. The beautiful landscape is so green and breathtaking. The trees provide such a lovely shaded summer feel. I love how Rose Hall goes far and beyond to even cut back trees so the limbs won't cause a power outage for their residents. Driving home, it gives you a feel that you're driving through a Disney Resort. You actually feel like Mickey Mouse will come out to greet you. Now, our daughter is a grown woman on the lease with us. These are now our later years in Rose Hall. My husband is retired from the military, and Rose Hall now feels like a Home. A Home as real as someone who purchased a home, without all the yard work and burden when something goes wrong with appliances etc. Their staff is a dream(one phone call and they are there in a jiffy). August 23, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comA secluded park like setting with fully updated and well maintained apartments. And it's a great value! Other apartments in Va. Beach at this price range are poorly maintained or in terrible neighborhoods. Not Rose Hall. I've recently moved in to Rose Hall after years of renting elsewhere. Only downside is no washer/dryer in the apartments. There is however a coin op machine in every building so at least you don't have to drag your laundry to the other side of the complex or laundromat.

The landscaping is meticulously kept up, there is a pool and fitness center, as well as a meeting room for the use of the tenants. Newly renovated in 2013, and the service is spectacular. The management response when there is an issue is same day, often within the hour. Couldn't ask for better in Virginia Beach!

I'm right in the middle of town and fifteen mins from the beach but it feels out of the way. No noise or traffic to ruin a nice lunch on the porch. Beautiful grounds and we'll kept. The unit itself is spacious and the kitchen is open with all updated items, the pantry is huge along with am abundance of cabinets. Both the rooms are big with great space. July 25, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comIn 1990, while I was in the Navy, my wife (now ex-wife) and I moved here from overseas. We chose Rose Hall, because it was quiet, secluded (though very accessible), and beautiful. My son was born here, and when he was a baby, his favorite thing to do was to sit in his little baby swing contraption out on on the screened-in porch of our apartment. He's now 23 years old. Fast forward 25 years...I'm no longer married, and I'm no longer in the Navy. But I now work for the Navy. When I was hired and ...I knew I would have to move from Florida to Virginia Beach, one of my first thoughts was "Where will I live?" After looking at various places online, I eventually realized "Why not Rose Hall?" Is that place still there? Turns out it was, and it it turns out that that they were in the process of refurbishing. I ended up moving into an apartment with brand new everything! Granite counters, new appliances, everything. The weirdest thing thing is that I am downstairs from the same apartment when I I was married in 1990. The same building!Read More
