Awful experience
July 4, 2023I cannot wait to relocate. Extremely awful neighbors. Extremely loud at the most inconvenient times. Another resident recently reached out because they are awful of noise I've been experiencing.; they informed that someone has been going in and out of the vacant apartments. I informed management and she advised the locks will be looked at. Issue still continues. I've asked to speak to District Manager and was advised to go through management and unfortunately no contact. The rent is all that is ...of issues. Bags of trash all over in the most random spots. NOT BAD AFTERALL
January 27, 2023First of all, I would like to thank Sylvia, the current manager of Rosewood Park Apts. She is the pleasant one amongst the managers in the last 10 years that I have been a tenant here. She sees to it that tenants are happy and satisfied. Also, she is reasonable. I finally got my kitchen light fixture changed to what I want. My bathroom sink is new. My shower fixture is also new. But, I never give up on my dream that my old kitchen cabinets which are outdated be finally changed one day! NO CONCERN ABOUT TENANTS
February 8, 2019I hate moving. If only it is easy to move, I will be out of Rosewood Park Apartments in an instant. The following complaints I have are the following: 1) Bad neighborhood 2) The photos they show on the website are nothing like the real one 3) Maintenance is disgusting and poorly repaired 5) Washers and dryers are delapidated—eat up your money and most washers don’t work 6) Incentive for reniewing contract is not honored due to a deadline they placed without informing you in advance 7) When it ...rains heavily, my front walkway is flooded 8) Appliances are old and very outdated 9) Rent keeps increasing without any upgrades 10) Mailboxes are broken and many more that I cannot write them all.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Excellent management
June 5, 2017since new management has arrived here, I have received nothing but great service from her and the rest of the staff in the office. They have gone above and beyond for me when I need anything done. I enjoy making my way to the office and chatting with the ladies. The grounds here are really well kept and it's super quiet here. My experience and review of Rosewood park apartments
December 26, 2016Move-in and move-out experience are part of the living experience at Rosewood park. Let me start by saying the manager who handled my application was great. She was professional and intelligent. She applied a lot of common sense to issues. But staff and management changed soon after that, and things deteriorated. They didn't fix the things I marked on the move-in sheet, but I was extremely patient with them, which is why I think they took advantage of the situation. When I moved out, they took ...part of my deposit after my apartment was inspected and cleared of any damages. The apartment was inspected in front of me and I was told my entire deposit would be returned. They charged me for keys I returned. Won't return my calls either.
