Roughrider is a great place to live. It is always clean and quiet. It is close to everything I need. The apartment is spacious with lots of storage and a garage. The ladies in the office are super friendly, as is their boss Jason. I have been here for 5 years and have no intention of moving anytime soon.

Roughriders is a quiet community, in close proximity of Red River High School, and shopping areas. Also is a great location with a walking trail behind the Community. The Goldmark Property Management have a very friendly staff and welcomes your concerns and issues within your Community. The staff is always friendly when I visit the office or call.

The Roughrider Community is quiet, clean(except the odor of dog waste throughout the the building). The neighbors (except three) does not speak or friendly, but for the most part everyone stays to themselves.

They helped me and my family get in very fast and very friendly. Was very knowledgeable about the apt and surrounding area. I chose this apt over 12 others so that should say something lolol
