      • Awful management

        August 20, 2022
        New management is awful. Painted the apartments disgusting colors with a horrible quality paint job which makes them look significantly older and cheaper. But they left all the signs with the old colors and it makes no sense. I feel our rent should go down as it devalued the apartments dramatically. I am embarrassed to show people the apartments now. They look terrible. New rules about ACs are unrealistic. We’ve had our AC installed since we moved in (3+ management companies ago) and have never ...
        had issues. Now, we have to completely take it down October-April. What if it gets hot? I am a warm sleeper and don’t feel safe leaving windows open so I’m just out of luck October-April? Our storage is full, where do you expect us to keep it over half of the year? Such a horrible rule. As another review said, no use of pool or spa. They stated it was closed for the season, but it hadn’t even opened yet! Maintenance is bad, we have appliances that work half of the time but when they test them they are fine so they blame it on us and we’re stuck with them. Instructions given allowing them to enter but apparently they can’t read and just update the request saying no one was home haha. Dog poop stations are overflowing. Doubled pet rent from $25 to $50. Apartments are old and gross. Just save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. If moving wasn’t so expensive we’d probably leave but our apartment is in a good location.

        I would recommend this apartment for friends/family who absolutely require walking distance to amenities and have a pet. Otherwise I'm not sure I would.

        This has been a very professional Apartment complex. Apartment Management have been attentive and have responded to any service requests submitted on my behalf. I like the area and the complex is nice, presentable and quiet. Maintenance department is also professional and attentive to my service requests.

        Clean, safe, well maintained, friendly leasing office/maintenance staff, the pool is great (when it was open prior to COVID). I would like for the hot tub to be open year round though (it was at one time (we've been here 4 years).
