The staff were very nice. The apartment was ready and very clean at the time of my move in. The community is clean which I love. There is lots of room and closet space which is a big plus. Overall, I love everything about the community.

they have roaches throughout the the facility they seem to make up their own repair schedule as they go and they do not repair most stuff to workable satisfactory condition they usually just put Band-Aids over major Fix-It problems

The apartment complex Royal Garden at Kittridge is a place I called home before moving away to another state.
Since the change in management they have remodeled the rooms making them more modern. But what really makes them stand is the excellent service! They really helped me out and made my stay warm and welcoming!
Really recommend everyone who’s looking for a home come check them out!!!

I’ve been living here for the past 15 years and all I have to say is the new management is doing a great job. They are attentive with maintenance requests and upgrading in/out of the building. They just upgraded one elevator. It was always down or sometimes you’d get stuck. They are giving the building the attention it needs. Great loft style layout plan and quiet place to live in the Van Nuys/Sherman oaks. - John

I lived here 3 years, the tenents are polite, and the management is attentive. If you want to be near Sherman Oaks and Ventura area without the high price tag I recommend Royal Gardens.

Having lived in the third floor unit for over five years, I would recommend the place to anyone. The building manager is caring, and responsive. He handles any repair orders quickly, and ensures the property is well maintained.

I have been living at the R.G.Kitt complex for over twenty years! ..& Adrian is by far the best caretaker we've had during that span! I have witnessed him go above and beyond to ensure the integrity & general well-being of our building.. Always on top of issues, Adrian expresses a friendly professionalism..for the well-being of our residence!
