I have a friend who lives there and it has gone downhill since old owner has taken the place back over. More cars than renters on property. Some broken down. On resident works on cars or carpentry in the parking lot. Reserved parking would be nice. Not hard to do with a can of paint. People don't respect your property. Not what it used to be. Very disappointing.

I think there has been a big improvement with the new owner back that used to have this place. I am glad he took it back and heard things are doing better.

When we moved in a year ago it's was nice & quiet but since management has changed its turning into a dirty noisy & just nothing gets done there is no pool they just built a tiny dog park way up front by the road & to hard for the elderly to bring there dogs used to enjoy living here now we can't wait to move
