Hello! Let's get to it. . . LOCATION: Great location at Polk & Greenwich! Couple blocks away from all the restaurants/bars/shops on Polk St. Quiet, but close to the excitement and bus lines (41, 45, 30X) Walk to Ft. Mason or over the hill to North Beach. APARTMENT: Great condition, very spacious, and clean 2 bedroom/1 bathroom with: - Private backyard (yep..that's right) - Hardwood floors throughout the apartment (minus the kitchen) - Big kitchen with lots of cupboards and space (no dishwasher) - Shower always has hot water and tons of water pressure - Parking available for $200/mo (shared garage lane. . .moving around of cars is needed sometimes) - Did I mention private backyard? ROOM: The first picture with the wide angle shot. About 14.5 X 10.5 feet. Currently fits queen size bed, large dresser, desk, keyboard, and nightstand. It has hardwood floors and two closets. It is $1,600/month NOT including utilities. Bills are usually about $100 per person and I usually have a cleaning lady come once every 4-6 weeks ($80 total). * To be clear, you'd be moving into the room with the plant and books on the floor ROOMMATE: 30 year old male, I work for a travel technology company, active, healthy, social, sports fan. I work from home every now and then. Honestly, I don't spend a ton of time at the apartment on the weekends as I'm usually out and about. I go out sometimes, but usually home well before closing time and never bring the party home. I'm great at cleaning up after myself (dishes, common space) and really like a well-kept apartment, but not so good at the deep cleaning (hence the cleaning lady). I do enjoy some bad TV, so our DVR may have some questionable shows on it...I apologize. YOU: -Male or female; mid 20's to mid 30's -Social, outgoing, active and drama free -A good sense of humor and easy going -Significant others over from time to time is fine, but no 3rd roommate -Contributes to keeping common areas clean -No pets unfortunately -You know when to have a good time; but you also respect your roommates and the apartment -Bonus if you travel a lot for work :) MOVE-IN/LOGISTICS: Sometime in July or August 1st, current roommate is ready to vacate in July if needed. I'll need 1 month's rent as a security deposit when you sign the lease. We'll have to get you approved by the landlord before that happens.
