PROS AND CONS
March 22, 2018PROS Pretty flowers on the ground level; A few welcoming gifts; Balloons on birthdays (Because of these caring, I naively believed that they are nice enough to trust for what they say.) CONS (1) DO NOT TRUST THEM WHEN THEY SAY THEY CAN OFFER BUY-OUT: When I was about to renew the contract, I was planning to buy a place, so I was hesitant for the full 12 month contract. The manager "told" me that they could offer buy-out. When I needed to move out (with 4 months left), they said that buyout is not ...really possible during winter times. I ended up paying 3 month rent, $2625. (2) WHEN YOU MOVE OUT, BE READY TO BE A PROFESSIONAL CLEANER! :-) You will be asked to take a window from the frame and clean both sides of the window. You will need to clean the inside of the light fixture, and no spots are tolerated on kitchen cabinets. You will need to move an oven out from the original spot to clean the side, and you will need to take out an air-conditioner filter and wash it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
