I would happily pay more at another complex to avoid the headaches experienced here. The management is well aware of issues the tenants have but instead of improving they continue to decline. Dont move here, you can find way better options and even more affordable in DFW.

I been looking for an apartment for 3 months now and a coworker introduced me to this complex. I can honestly say my first experience with the application process and touring was AMAZING!!! The assistant manager Royissa is such a good vibe and spirit. She is very understandable and easy to communicate along with giving great advice for first time rentals as myself. I look forward to having a good Journey at Rustic Ridge Apartments.

Rude mainenance. Unprofessional staff. 30 days before lease they are tell me you to put in a 60 days notice. I did everything online due to covid and they never sent me my lease. Now they are saying after never being late on rent, I will be owing 60 days rent after leavng this hole. Folks, its a joke , this area and place. Don't trust the photos.

The management team is typically helpful, friendly, and responsive. Most service requests or issues are often addressed in a timely manner. However, the biggest issue with this apartment community is its poor appearance and sub-par grounds. Trash bins are not sufficient, trash often accumulates and looks TERRIBLE when it overflows. This happens frequently. Also, apartments have constant problem with leaks during rain, and the exterior of buildings has a run-down appearance, with warped siding, ...

deteriorated patios, and poorly maintained parking lot. Compared to surrounding apartment communities in the area, The Apple Apartments is the least attractive, and needs upgrading.

I have been here a year and a half almost. At first there was a different manager or maybe just a different management group and they were wonderful. Very helpful and understanding. Great attitudes. Got things done in a timely manner. Now under new management ... It sucks. The assistant and manager are both rude and arrogant. My air conditioner has stopped working twice and instead of actually fixing the issue they just put more antifreeze until that runs out. I have a newborn and they thought it ...

would be OK for me to stay in the hot apartment until the next day. She wasn't even a month old yet. I had to keep calling them and begging for them to fix. It was getting pass 90 in the apartment. Did I mention how rude the staff is? I was late during maternity leave with taking my rent down though I had purchased the money order (why don't we have the option to pay online in 2016) a week in advance because I physically wasn't able to take it. I tried calling to ask someone to come get it no answer and I was charged a late fee. First time ever being late. They want you to pay on time but are willing to let you and your newborn die in extremely hot temperatures. Needless to say I am more than ready for my lease to be up and would not recommend anyone moving here unless you are desperate. Let me call them to tell them I need a antifreeze refill. SMH

I felt a disconnected between myself and the management group. It seemed like they just didn’t care about my concerns and the time to complete work orders. I would get paper work on work orders being completed but things were still not resolved. When I email questioning the validity of the work. I was not being informed in a proper time frame or valid explanation. So this prompt me to leave their properties. The management group has attempted to manufacturer charges against me in a revenge ploy ...

by the existing management group. I was critical of them on items and they want to stick it to me. If you wish to not be treated with disrespect and want to pay extra for made up chargers and have you rental history jacked up. By all means move into the apple apartments. I have emailed the corporate group to express my concerns. They have decided that charging me for carpet is more profitable than a customer relations.

This is best best place I've lived so far. Been here about 3 months now. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is huge and I'm paying less than I was for a smaller unit at my previous apartment community. I would highly recommend this place.
