Love the location and size of the unit and closets; wish there was a soaking tub. Finally have been told all three pools are open so that will be nice as hopefully can avoid sharing a pool with unsupervised kids… apperently under new management which is used an excuse for why pools closed, why work orders not being fulfilled timely.
Gate has never worked since been there, so not actually a gated complex at the moment

Poor complex to live in. Maintenance hardly exists. Communication from front office is terrible, if you put in a request about any issue, expect NOT to hear back from them. The complex is held together with bandaids and duct tape.

I have truly enjoyed living at Sage at Green Valley and have been proud to call this community my home. The property is well maintained, the grounds are attractive, and the staff has always been friendly, professional, and responsive whenever I have had questions or needed assistance. I have made every effort to be a respectful resident by paying my rent on time, following community rules, and taking good care of my apartment. I value the peaceful atmosphere and convenient location, which have ...
made living here a positive experience. I would sincerely like to continue living in this community, but the proposed rent increase creates a financial hardship. I hope my positive rental history and commitment to being a responsible resident will be taken into consideration. I appreciate the opportunity to remain a part of the Sage at Green Valley community and hope we can reach a mutually agreeable renewal.

Maintenance takes forever to fix things. Other than that I really enjoy living here. I have great neighbors it’s very quiet and my family lives here as well.
