December 15, 2025This place is just awful! I was given an apartment that is falling apart and infested with roaches. I’ve been living here just over 2 months and can’t seem to get a competent human to do anything about any of the maintenance issues. Tonight I was scalded by the master shower after being told it had been repaired. I’ve resorted to only communicating with the staff in writing so I will have supporting documentation when I break my lease and move out early.Property Manager Responded

December 5, 2025I'm still very pleased on my decision in moving here! Have been here almost 6 mths, & have to say havn't seen 1 roach. Third time in living in apartments & no roaches. My last 2 places I had roaches. I did everything to try & keep the roaches gone. I always kept my kitchen clean & would spray bleach cleaner. It helped keep them down to a minimum, but always had a few. Even when the bug people came into putting their stuff in places through out the kitchen, never really did the trick. But moving ...in here I have not seen 1. And I'm a little disappointed on maintenance coming in right away when you put in a request, they take for ever to get back to you!Property Manager Responded

November 18, 2025I would not recommend moving here. There is an issue with roaches around the property. They claim they treat regularly, but I have not seen this happen. I only got rid of them by doing my own pest control. There is dog waste everywhere. They claim they fine people for not cleaning up after pets, which is clearly not true. As someone who buys their own waste bags and always picks up after their dogs it’s really frustrating and gross to see. Also, they do not answer maintenance requests in a timely ...manner. I have gone over a month without a working dryer. I have called several times to see when someone will be out to fix it and just get ignored. They charge a ton of random fees for maintenance and grounds keeping which is clearly not being used as it’s supposed to or they would fix things when you need it and should cover pet waste removal since it’s not enforced at all. Overall, just very disappointed in the property management. The apartments themselves are nice and have nice finishes but the way the property is managed is terrible. Very unfortunate because this could be a really great place to live.Property Manager Responded

October 30, 2025Absolutely terrible. If you decide to move in here expect to be lied to and threatened by the leasing staff. When you actually get your keys, expect to be inconvenienced for the next 2-3 weeks while the repairs that should have been addressed prior to your move in are fixed. Also, double check your appliances so you don't burn the place down while drying your clothes in a fire hazard pretending to be a clothing dryer.Property Manager Responded
