April 21, 2026I would give a higher rating if the Gates were working. I don't believe in the past 3 yrs they've worked more than a couple days. this is ridicules. in the first 3yrs I was here they may not have worked a couple days at a time & usually were fixed in a couple days. February 19, 2026Simple and easy application. Fast approval. Everyone in the office is very helpful and will answer every question about the fees, move-in, and anything else you may need. Speaking of fees, don’t let them scare. I thought they were charging me a pet fee when I don’t own a pet. They won’t! You’ll be pleased!Property Manager Responded
