Dangerous lots of burglaries and vandalism
June 22, 2022Vive LA Management is horrible and unresponsive to the needs of its tenants. Many of the neighbors and myself included sent emails and called management about the recent increase in crime, vandalism, and burglary. The building and surrounding area has become very dangerous at nighttime. Homeless and mentally ill people can be seen sleeping and lurking behind our vehicles. However, Vive LA doesn’t care about the safety or well being of its residents and nothing was ever done. We suggested that ...they install a gate to secure the property and our vehicles.
