Horrible apartment complex
August 4, 2021AC doesn’t work, there’s termites and roaches. Mold all over the place. I live in the 2nd floor and the ceiling has cracks and it’s a problem when it rains. The manager barely responds emails and there’s no one at the office ever. DON’T RECOMMENDProperty Manager Responded

terrible apartments

Great Location, Newly renovated.

Great place to live, best in the NE in my opinion
February 21, 2017I live here now and I enjoy every bit of these apartments. The pool is nicely shaded during the Summer months and is a refreshing oasis from the 100 degree weather. The apartments have swamp coolers, but they work pretty well considering how hot it gets in El Paso. The Landlady and maintenance guy are great, friendly people and definitely take care of the tenants here. It is a quiet neighborhood, never any real crime. Neighbors are all friendly and personable. There is even a guy here that ...volunteers to walk around the apartments at night to keep an eye out for no-good doer's. He's a swell person to get a long with.
