Disaster Alert!
June 20, 2023Moved in about a month an a half ago. It has been one issue after another and most of the information provided on here is not accurate. Trash/sewer/water is NOT included (and get ready to pay double what you would pay in a house) none of the listed information is correct, the gates do not work, the parking lot floods, really REALLY bad, the roaches and spiders are terrible and we have yet to see anyone for pest control (I’ve been emailing and putting in request) there is no on site maintenance ...(one guy for 3 complexes so be prepared to wait) plumbing and electrical issues, man the list goes on and on. I suggest running as fast as you can, AWAY from this place. Most of my neighbors are leaving at the end of their leases.
