February 5, 2025horrible office staff they will never answer the phone, maintenance is a joke there have been broken stair like to get to your second or third story apartment that have been broken for months, police here all time of night, neighbors have gotten bad too there are people arguing outside and dog owners leave poop everywhere, the concrete smells like dog pee!! don’t move here!!!!Property Manager Responded

Wish I lived there now.
August 31, 2024Reasonable rent for an upscale apt. Lived there about 4 years ago, though. Maintenance was the best, manager was great. Neighbors are the same everywhere. Some good. I could not think of a better apartment in OKC. This would have been 5 stars, but when we left, their checklist was not accurate and we deserved more from our deposit.Property Manager Responded

Don’t walk away but RUN!!!!!!!!
May 6, 2024This used to be a nice place but since the new management took over it has went down fast. No security, smell weed and smoke throughout the units. This place is looking like the slums. Pools are trashed, trash everywhere and no one cares. My apt was due to be upgraded before new management took over, currently have a rusted sink and tub is starting to rust but the rent keeps going up, been here 5+ years but will now have to move, I no longer feel safe here. Renter beware
February 17, 2024I rented the apartment in February 2023 I live there for a whole year and through that time I had multiple problems with my apartment I had leaks and repairs were slow when I moved out the first part of February of this year the ceiling in my bathroom over my shower is still not fixed. Water is constantly being shut off and every time you ask about repairs, they would give you some lame excuse. Now that I’ve moved down. I left my apartment clean so I would receive my deposit they’re only giving ...me a little over seven dollars back . This place is a nightmare to live in beware.Property Manager Responded

Forget about maintenance!
July 8, 2023Even though when you call it says they are managed by Case and Associates don't be fooled, a new company bought them April 2023. They have no emergency maintenance and almost no maintenance staff. A/C has been out for over a week and they can not tell me when the unit is going to be fixed. Been one maintenance issue after another since then taking over. The property is beautiful but it's all those little things you don't think about until there is an issue that is horrible.Review from Apartments.com

Will screw you over
November 18, 2019I will not recommend this place to anyone. The nightmare began when I want to decide to leave. They was dodging my new apartment calls for example they will tell my new apartment the time and day to contact them . And they never pick up their phone and when they did they said their call them back and never did . They made a big fuss about me want to leave after I paid my last rent . So when I went to the leasing office to has them sent someone to fix it no one never came . Just stay away you ...don’t need to headache .Property Manager Responded

Be aware
August 21, 2018There is no parking and they charge you $20 ea month for a covered parking. But there isn’t enough covered parking for every attendee in here, also since I’ve lived here, there has been a truck that sits and does not move EVER!! It’s been here for more than three years and when I asked the complex about that spot if it’s available since I know that pickup doesn’t move. she told me , “well we don’t have a storage unit but he’s paying for the spot to park there” And not move it? But they are very ...good for putting tow truck stickers on your car if they feel like your car is abandoned. I’ve lived here about 2 1/2 years and within that timeframe, Ive moved into a different complex. I was in a 1BD 1BA on the third floor, it was a struggle to get up and down the steps. maintenance never seem to go up there when I needed them. When I moved into the other apartment complex which is now on the second floor also 1BD 1BA w/ sunroom. (Which is literally the balcony with carpet, it gets so hot in that room and remind you I’m not facing the sun there is no insulation in there) I have encountered problems with maintenance, randomly coming in and out of my house, without notifying me whatsoever and things have been moved around and or token, I did not put in a work order, Never got notified, and when I mention this situation too the office all they told me to do is to go to the website and put in a complaint. Beware maintenance
April 12, 2018After living here for 2 months, my wife and I came home to discover that the maintenance men were plugging in their equipment into our patio electrical outlet. Management wasn't helpful. They said if there was a large disparity in our electricity bill, we could bring it to them and they would find a way to handle it. Long story short, there was a disparity, but it wasn't large enough for them to care. So basically, we paid for the apartment complex to perform maintenance on a unit that wasn't ...even ours. Not Clean but dangerous
March 8, 2018Lived there more than a year. Very unsafe to walk in area due to uneven ground and stumps from cut down trees. They do not keep the dog area picked up and it smells terrible, not to mention how bad it looks. But then the residents allow their pets to poop even out of the pet area. Management does not enforce the pickup rules and it is often unsightly where ever you walk. They promise things and then don't carry through.
