Poorly managed

Two weeks ago we moved in. We still have no access to our mailbox. We have been given the runaround about it, and then told to put in a maintenance request. But the company has said that they have many many requests to fulfill and it might take a while. The trash and recycling are constantly overfilled and there are only 3/8 apartments rented right now. The apartments themselves are nice, with upgraded amenities. But the building was NOT built in 2000 - more like 1960. It has been recently ...

updated that is all. The location is great, but I'm starting to wonder if it is worth overlooking the incompetence of the management company.
