I really enjoyed living at this property. The apartment's are very charming and are decent sizes. They have wood floors throughout. One of my favorite parts about living here are there are only 8 units total.. 4 in each building. So you don't have a lot of neighbors. There is also amble street parking and a parking lot in the back. There was never any issues with noise even though the walls seemed pretty thin. I lived in Post Hyde Park before this and HATED walking to my car that had to be parked ...
so far away because there was never any parking. At San Isidro there is tons of parking for guests too! Also, the area is very safe. You are living in the heart of Palma Ceia and there is a back route to Howard Ave. It's really the best of both worlds. Lastly, my absolute favorite part about living here is that there are no strict rules. People don't come into your apartment for random maintenance and such. Management is so chill. When I was trying to buy a house when moving out, I changed my move out date a couple times and they didn't have any problem with it! It was amazing. Other places would have made me pay or give them 60 days notice. I really think this place is a hidden gem and you don't realize how awesome it is until you live at other places.
