Poor maintenance on site . Manager not experience to run this property

This building is been getting deteriorated since, they hire current manager. Trash everywhere tenants paid rent not to leave on a trashy place. Management needs to take more action on this matter. A teen can do a better job with this building. There’s too much disclosure in this building. Don’t ignore this... before it gets worse.

My apartment has a spectacular view of Downtown Los Angeles, it is in a very eclectic neighborhood and is pet friendly. It's a great walk to the park and many people are willing to talk and chit chat. I love the location and proximity to many different eating establishments. We're close to Dodger Stadium, Chinatown and Griffith park. I recommend the neighborhood, come live in the area and enjoy!
