Location Location Location!! this condo is located in the center of Orlando; close to the parks, Idrive, I4, turnpike, route 528, the shopping malls, PERFECT!!! love it!!!!

The location is amazing but too bad the management is basically ran by a pack of hyenas. Between them never being there when you need them and the maintenance team not knowing what they're doing, you are better off elsewhere. I literally walked outside to a maintenance tech spraying the electrical box that connects to the alarms in the building with a hose.... And the alarms were blaring for a whole hour non stop until I called up to the office. This has happened twice. The office ladies are rude ...

and have no sense of urgency. They are very quick to leave you passive aggressive notes if you have anything on YOUR OWN PATIO. The pool isn't even open for the weekend, you know, when everyone is actually off work. The tennis and basketball court are still locked up. All these amenities you pay for are pretty much imaginary. Spend your money elsewhere. The actual people that make up the community are great. But as far as the constant construction that goes on and the useless front desk, it's not worth it.

No tengo ni una semana viviendo ahí y me abrieron el carro, rompieron el vidrio, un conjunto que tiene llaves especiales para entrar a las canchas pero no tiene vigilancia, estoy arrepentida 100% de mudarme ahí...
