Noise is unbarable

The noise from their constructions and leaf blowing are annoying in daytime. If you work from home this is the worst choice. If you want only accessible location it would be fine since this is the only good thing of this place.

New management started a year ago. We saw some struggle in the beginning, but they for sure have been making lots of upgrades. Happy to see them come in and improve the property.

There was recent management change, which did change up the main office clerk to someone more responsive - phone wise. Now the bad, maintenance around the community has been lackluster. The fallen leaves are no longer picked up as frequent. When they do pick up the leaves, the workers leave a mess in front of your door. The biggest issue is how this is supposed to be a smoke free community, yet management does nothing to enforce this, even after raising the issue multiple times.
