Solid choice, but hot in the summer

Pros: - Good location - close to grocery, fast food, northgate mall, okay freeway access. - Good price for a 1 bedroom - No problems with plumbing or electrical Cons: - Very little airflow in the upper units. Creates "stuffy" feeling - Unit stays very warm 5 months out of the year - Traffic noise gets annoying. You'll likely have to keep your windows open in spring/summer. Passing trucks will constantly drown out your TV audio - Bathroom fan is underpowered, causing minor mositure/mold ...
