DIRTY APARTMENT

Most of the people living here are very dirty. The management does not care about the property. All they are after is their rent. Very old air conditioning systems. Dogs everywhere threatening and biting occupants and the management are not bothered. Cats everywhere as well. The place stinks of cats and dogs waste. Thank God am leaving soon.
BAD MANAGEMENT TEAM

The Management team are known for not returning tenants deposits even when the tenants fulfills their obligations and the front desk officer do everything to prevent you from seeing the Manager.
They have been reported to the Houston Apartment Association as well as Texas Apartment Association and nothing was done.
The Better Business Bureau was also contacted but nothing was done on their unacceptable business practices.
I hope they will not frustrate someone someday.
