The perfect average temperate of 55-75 degrees Far. year-round... the gorgeous neighbourhood... the totally chillax and friendly neighbors whom all say hi to each other and to strangers... only a 5-minute drive to the 880 highway and 15 minutes to the Oakland intl airport, yet at night, you can hear a pin drop at the other end of the street... I love living in my apartment, one of 8 studios composing this charming 1902 rennovated home-mansion. You cannot beat this location with everything you ...

need within a 30-minute walking distance... new, beautiful outdoor mini-mall including Safeway and In-n-Out, pharmacies, restaurants galore and even Starbucks, all with green, green, and more green trees everywhere! Not to mention it's only a 15-minute BART ride to downtown San Francisco, this place is heaven.
