September 3, 2015The community surrounding these apartments is wonderful. The tour that you might receive if you're interested in renting with Charette properties might be wonderful. Do not be fooled. The previous owners of the building I currently live in cared nothing for its maintenance. The new owners care even less. German cockroaches, mice and a few other manner of wildlife are regular in this area at night. Even at some points during the day. The management does not feel in the slightest bit obligated to ...answer any calls or complaints one may have about building maintenance, safety, or the well being of their tenants. As I said before, the SURROUNDING community is wonderful. Overpriced groceries and specialized shops within walking distance galore. The nearby High school and ECC (Early childhood center) are both wonderful if your'e looking for strong education opportunities for any young minds you may be cultivating. But I would still strongly advise against this living situation even if you only plan to live here because you can't find some place better. You indubitably can.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
