Pet friendly and cute
April 17, 2019Super cute apartment complex! I I'm looking to upgrade my living situation and have looked at 4 places in the area and i'm leaning towards this place. I'm reading the reviews of all of them as I write this. I think it's a great value, especially because I can bring my cat with me. He's so cute btw! The tour here was the best out of all of them. They were nice people and took the time to answer all my questions while showing me around. I forgot one of their names but she was so sweet. 1 star is too much.
January 13, 2018Police are always responding to either domestic or drug related calls, rent is way too high for quality of entire facility. Trash all over the place, pet waste not cleaned up. Named the gates of bradenton, but front gate has been broken for at least 3 years. The list goes on and on, just don't move there.Property Manager Responded

The gates
August 16, 2015The apartment itself is avg quality, maintenance staff is friendly and attentive. Pool is always crowded, security is a joke regardless of being gated. Neighbors are jerks loud music in apartments and cars in parking lot. Laundry services are always packed or not working. Tennis courts are run down, there are people selling drugs here at night.Property Manager Responded

Great place but.....
August 14, 2015The Gates of bradenton is a great place to live but it would be a lot better if the people that own pets would be kind and clean up after there pets.It's a nice quiet and peaceful place. I heard that they had a lot of issues before I moved here, but it seems that they have fixed those. Just wished they had not raised the rent!!!Property Manager Responded

worst apartment ive ever liveed in
August 13, 2015I would not recommend this complex to anyone. They are bug infested, they are run down and the rent is very high for the area of town in which the apartment is located. The management does not help you in any way regarding any issues or problems that you may have. The building that I live in had a fire that was arson related and they left the apartment in disrepair for over 10 months.Property Manager Responded
