Great changes happening!!!
February 17, 2025New changes are truly happening over here. Jasmin is doing a great job in the office. The new exterior paint looks great! Worst apartments
April 21, 2020I live here now, my apartment is terrible mold in the ceiling in the bathroom that I’ve addressed numerous times, ceiling falling in in bathroom, painted over roaches in kitchen, people always shooting outside my window with my children here, neighbors allowing their children to play right at my door and drop trash and spit and anything else from upstairs. Fights every weekend. It’s just a terrible place to be, we don’t talk to anyone here because it’s scary and sad to live here. I don’t even ...allow my little one to play outside here. It’s just overall a horrible place to live and I can not wait to leave even if I have to break my lease because it’s not safe at all.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great Community
December 15, 2018Our family just move in at the beginning of the month, and we love it. Maintenance was great getting all of our requests taken care of, and the office staff got all our paperwork ready in a timely manner to get us moved in quickly! Also love the new upgraded washers and that I can do laundry at anytime! its so convenient!!!!! I'd recommend Savan Villas to everyone who is looking for a reasonably priced place to live with great amenities!Property Manager Responded

August 29, 2018I moved into the complex about 2 1/2 months ago and I love it! Apparently its a new management company and I can definately tell they are making improvements all around. Office staff is really friendly and they actually care about us. The apartments are so pretty and so big too and for being as affordable they are I'm shocked everything is as good as it really is! the good and the bad
September 8, 2015Until the beginning of this year 2015 the Apartments were a nice place to live Everyone made you feel welcome But now it feels like I'm living in a prison with all there new rules You pay monthly pet rent but you have to take your dog out of the property gate which is a flood canal.You can't sit out side your Apartment without being questioned what you are doing you have to pay to use the pool you have to get your guest approved before they can come over.the only good thing about this place is ...they have good size apartments with big walk in closet The two bedrooms have big rooms bathroom an living roomRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
