Rotten management and and even worse maintenance!!!

I have lived here over 10 years as Moore has so little property affordable for Seniors. The management is never in the office, you have to request repairs 4 to 10 times and it took almost 9 years for them to repair floor tile that kept coming up. It is suppose to be smoking only 15 feet from building, but that is a LIE. It is so smoky in the breezeways and by the elevator it takes you breath away and makes you cough and have trouble breathing. STILL MANAGEMENT DOES NOTHING AND IT IS IN THE ...

My A/C thermostat is 7 degrees off and they will not fix it.. Apartments are not worth money you have to pay.. Also, you pay a set price water even if you do not use it..

If you're a Senior (over 55) and looking for quiet/convenient living these apartments will end your search. Located within blocks of pharmacies, grocery, fast food, a city park and the city's senior center. For those that no longer drive, there are city sidewalks and the city's senior center provides van transportation. There are ground level and second level apartments available, but no worries because we have elevator service. We even have shopping carts to help us transfer our purchases ...

from our cars to our apartments. The community room provides room for the pot luck dinners and various other events or you can enjoy lunch with other seniors every day at the senior's center.

This complex is for adults 55 and older. The complex is made up of 60 units of 1 & 2 bedrooms with laundry hook-ups. There is one elavator for the complex which is good but there really needs to be more! The average rating came because of the management! Office hours are posted but never consistantly kept.
