New Management Sucks
January 5, 2021They have been failing more and more. They have risen the water bill and am paying for an amount that is way too high. I’m only one person so why am I paying water and sewer bills that are making what an affordable complex should be into something where I’m barely scraping. This is why everyday I see more people leave and leave. Then when trying to talk to them, they dismiss you and are useless. And then for visitors is even more stupid because to have anyone over I have to call the car wreck and ...ask them for a code. I signed a contract with the apartment office not the car wreck service. I can’t even have anyone over without having to look outside every 5 minutes. Not to mention, the trash issue. I do my part and throw my garbage inside instead of leaving it outside near the trash. The office had done nothing to address and leave it there looking absolutely disgusting. Personal de la oficina nada profesional, en cuanto dicen una cosa dicen otras después no tienen palabra, te hacen perder tiempo y dinero por su mala comunicación con el residente, hay ladrones en la propiedad, mal mantenimiento, renta muy alta eh igual bill del agua altísimo y cobran parqueo$20 minimo. Hay muchos vecinos qué no lo dejan descansar a uno por la noche , ponen música muy alta de volumen, niños jugando a las 12pm de la noche . Very poor place to live
December 5, 2017The reviews are getting lower with the new management here. Worst of all is the new parking fee for the tenants. There is not enough parking spaces and the charge $20 a month for parking or you will get towed at your expense for about $300. I been parking on the street for the past 2 weeks. Apartment are getting runner down. You have to pay water bill, light bill and parking bill. Watch as the rate drops and I hope the management sees the drop and maybe they can change their policies.Review from Apartments.com

November 2, 2017Worst place to live manager and "new staff" have bad actitud with residents. Their is no visitors parking space... VISITORS MUST PARK OUT IN THE STREET.
